Before April 1, 2025, the participant will be refunded the full participation costs, less administrative expenses. From April 1, 2025 to May 15, 2025, the participant will be refunded the full participation costs, less €100,- and administrative expenses, from May 15, 2025, the participant is liable to pay 100% of the full participation costs. In any case of cancellation, the participant is liable to pay an administration fee of € 50 which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
